I'm too high school student. I was under dementia for 6 months, I was about to waste my whole year but after I started using medito, my focus on studies increased rapidly and I'm sure will achieve the summit.

Within the challenge, if I recall correctly, in one of the small snippets of advice before the session begins, they suggested we implement the habit with something in our routine. For example, right after you brush your teeth, or before you have breakfast. I do it just before bed, you could do whichever way works best for you.@@hassaniq0777

As we didn't have accounts on the old version, you'll just need to create an account on the new version, then tap the three dots and tap 'edit stats'.

It's not uncommon for difficulty to vary over time. Just continue the practice with acceptance, non-judgement and self-compassion. It's all part of the journey ♥️
