I am deeply grateful for the man behind this foundation, who started improving probably millions of lives, but I'm also grateful for the volunteers helping other people without even touching the idea of getting one single penny in return. This goes to show there are acctually people caring about you right now, even if they don't know you directly. Mental health can be improved for free and the Medito foundation nails the concept. I want to thank you, Steven, for the choice to improve others' quality of life and for having started this project, and everybody behind Medito, all people I can rely on and trust like family members or close friends. Thank you.

Hello, I have used this app for 3 months straight and meditating almost every day. I have made meditating a habit thanks to Medito. However I haven't noticed that really anything changed. I still like meditating, but I didn't become calmer, more mindfull, aware or focused. Am I doing something wrong or does it take more time to achieve that state?

Hi! When we meditate, we are practicing becoming more mindful by paying attention to everything that's going on in the present moment. We live in a world that is full of distractions and we are conditioned to be constantly thinking about the past or worrying about the future. It can sometimes take a long time to overcome this conditioning and to just rest in the present moment. So don't be worried if you feel that you aren't seeing any improvements. To help, you could try a few things. Firstly, make sure you set a clear intention and think about this before you meditate and also throughout your day. Something like 'I intend to be as mindful as possible for the benefit of me and all the people that I interact with'. You could also try adding mindful moments throughout your day, for example just taking a few moments out to pay attention to some deep breaths, or try to be as mindful as possible when doing chores. You could also try reducing screen time, as our phones provide so much distraction that they can really hamper our mindfulness practice. Hope this helps! Please keep going, as mindfulness can have a profound impact in the long-run!

I'm another Medito user who wasn't sure anything had changed in 2 years of a daily meditation practice. But this past year, we had two stressful events happen and after we got through them, my husband commented that I seemed calmer and more engaged in what was going on than with other similar events that had happened in our lives. I wasn't aware of doing anything differently this year, but something must be sinking in to my consciousness. Stick with it, *something* is working inside you.

I think I almost never feel fear... I don't remember the last time i felt fear... Is there a way to feel fear? To meditate into fear or something else?
