Welcome to your 20 min intermediate yoga flow. This class is perfect for intermediate practitioners and strong yogis, with a focus on balance and long holds for meditative movement.
This sequence includes a steady but slow vinyasa flow with plenty of breathing time in each pose so you can reap all the benefits and turn inward. We will have a little fun with some balance challenges to test our stability and strength, as well getting into some delicous stretches to relieve the entire body from stiffness, aches and pain, and ofcourse to increase mobility and flexibility..
I will offer different options throughout class so that you can make the practice your own and choose the variation of the posture that works best for you today.
