Don't hurt your wrist or shoulders! And you don't want to fall over in a backbend. Just spend a quick 10 minutes warming up first BEFORE you Invert. I promise....it makes SUCH a difference. Especially if you're still building your handstand.

I love this! I like all the leg options. That's way more accessible. I still like to know that either a wall or a wide open space is available, but I don't always need them. Thanks for this!!
