Ooohhhh this one went a little long, lol. But it's fun!! Believe that your workout IS fun!! Because it is!! It's not something you HAVE to do. It's something you GET to do.
Anyways. Get on your mat. Grab your block. And let's do it!! Hopefully some new things you haven't tried before...
Tell me what you thought in the comments. What was hard? What was easy?! What do you NEVER want to do again?! For me, it's those Hollow Body shape with the tuck.

Ok, this was great. I loved loved loved the float drill and I can't believe I just did any handstand pushups at all, and with a little hop, I may be somewhere on the road to a press. And then you mentioned kids! I always make the excuse that I've had four kids, but you are inspiringly strong. Thanks for that!

Heck yes!!! You are on your way to press!! I have 3 teenagers... And it only inspires us to move more so we can try to keep up with them. 4 kids?! Just means you're incredibly strong!! And a total baddy!! Nice job!

Omg those presses / hops ( for me ) were hard- forearm press so tricky, but I’ll persevere! Thank you

Hi what the pelvis when lifting the legs up in pincha. R u maintain it in posterior tilt ?
