We'll...it wasn't 10 minutes but it was probably out 10 minutes of actual work!
These are some of my favorite core drills to create strength & stability. Great if you're wanting to press to handstand!!

You know Kelsy, if I need to do a tough workout. I tend to do one of yours. Thank you for pushing me to do hard things! By the way, I don’t think I did those stomach vacuum right. 😅
