I met Benny back in 1993 at my second karate tournament in Colorado. Hes a great guy and a total badass. I also got to meet Chuck Norris at the premier of the Bruce Lee Movie Dragon when it first came out and everyone who conpeted got to go to the movie with Chuck. I wish regular kick boxing was a thing again. I know it's technically still around, but not at any kind of noticeable level by the main stream. It's like the midway point between boxing and MMA; very pure sport IMO.

What I liked about this guy is even though he lost to a Thai fighter he was humble enough to want to learn Thai boxing. That goes to show he has that student mindset even though he was known to be one of the greats.
