Getting blows to the head has been proven detrimental over time! In my day you pulled punches and kicks but for some STUPID reason FOOLS got into the arts and thought it good to go full force.

Superfoot Wallace hits around 30% with fancy (most useless) kicks and the rest with effective punches, just saying...

Props to Michael Jai White. I'm a huge Bruce Lee and martial arts fan. White mentioned Jet Li as the most knowledgeable actor martial artist but did give props to Bruce Lee as the best. But White mentioned Trimble as the most exciting. He may be right. Those spinning back kicks were dope.

I met Benny back in 1993 at my second karate tournament in Colorado. Hes a great guy and a total badass. I also got to meet Chuck Norris at the premier of the Bruce Lee Movie Dragon when it first came out and everyone who conpeted got to go to the movie with Chuck. One of the coolest experiences in my life. Thanks mom for getting me into that sport!!

There’s allot a man can learn being hit directly in the face. But now everybody gets a participation award and has to wear a helmet even if they’re not player. Call it the blue ribbon helmet society.

I cant help but think how many of these head kicks could have been less devastating if they just kept their hands up covering their heads and not flopping their hands all over the place trying to fly away like a butterfly.

I wish regular kick boxing was a thing again. I know it's technically still around, but not at any kind of noticeable level by the main stream. It's like the midway point between boxing and MMA; very pure sport IMO.

What I liked about this guy is even though he lost to a Thai fighter he was humble enough to want to learn Thai boxing. That goes to show he has that student mindset even though he was known to be one of the greats.
