Why aren't you doing reaper tutorials now?

Resistance is the resistance to direct current, impedance is the apparent resistance to alternating current that varies with the frequency of the current. So the impedance is different at 100 Hz and different at 10 kHz. As the frequency increases, the impedance of the capacitor decreases, the impedance of the inductance increases. For direct current, the direct resistance of a quality capacitor is infinite, the resistance of the coil winding is given by the resistance of the coil conductor.

Coming from FL Studio to reaper, how do I get to customise the key editor to be more like FL studio piano roll.

Tried to install it and couldn't figure it out. After installing the User Interface and LABS ,the only VSTi that appeared in Reaper FX was the LABS website. I never found the UI. Uninstalled everything.

I'm not sure I'm your uncle, but I enjoyed this little intro to Reaper scripting! It's also a nice introduction to your channel.

I don't use Reaper but I gotta subscribe just because this guy obviously knows what he's talking about and he's not just shitting out content and begging for subscribers LOL. There's not many YT audio channels except Dan Worrall where I don't just wanna punch the guy.

Hello. Thanks for your video. I have a project that has a lot of audio and MIDI items in it and that I composed without any particular tempro. Now I want to adjust the measures to fit what I composed but when I start to change the tempo and measures the MIDI items stretch and I don't want that. I want basically that all the items of the entire proyect remain unchanged regardless any change that I could make in the tempo and/or meausures. Please could you give me a hint on how to do that ? Thanks in advance !!!

That's a great idea to have a instrument ready on a hotkey. To separate my MIDI and audio tracks, I just use Ctl+T to insert an instrument track and it automatically opens the fx browser and arms MIDI so I can pick whatever I'm in the mood for (although, like you, I do have track templates for some things) For audio, I just use the good-ole click in the open track space to add a default track. I also didn't consider putting my tuners and my noise suppression on the input effects for my guitar track templates.. I'm gonna do that right this second. Thank you so much!

How can you do this for all the items of a track? Basically: how can I render a track keeping items separation with handles?

Hey, still a great video. How can I print items, applying track effects but keeping extra handles? Basically I need to send the edited session to the mix engineer, who works on Pro Tools. I can generate an AAF using Vordio but I would need to print vst effects on items (I would avoid sending stems without items separation).

In my case , When i use the reasampler for my hats , percs etc , on changing The velocities , it does not give the desired output . It does shows that the velocity is being reduced but i cannot hear the difference. Seems like there's no change in the velocity . In short , visually u can see thay the velocity is being changed in the midi editor , but there's no such change while we hear it

Question - unrelated to hot key.... your colors look brighter than mine. For some reason, the colors I choose in the palette always get darkened on that actual tracks and channels. How do I stop that?

Absolutely amazing. I've dabbled with Reaper for a few years but never really committed to it. However, since I'm now trying to move away from Windows, I've decided to fully embrace Reaper - and it's so amazing that there are all these scripts for free. But they're not just free - THEY ARE SUPERB! Props to everyone.

Sucks that its not for Live 11, Ive Moved on to ableton as my main DAW for composing. i re install reaper out of sheer boredom today and of course this guy has a video i need. I dont watch a whole lot but seriously man Thanks for all your time to figure this stuff out and make the content for everyone else.

Great video! Do you know if there's a way to prevent the MIDI editor to change the Time Selection of the project? Always when I use the right-drag to marquee select notes in the MIDI window, it also changes the Time Selection, even if it's locked... it's a bit annoying, hehe
