David, I’ve been following you for years. I thought I would share something with you. I’m a huge Elvis fan. Born in 1957 I was right at the beginning of Elvis’s career . My mother was a huge fan and was actually 8 months pregnant with me when she saw him perform in Shreveport, Louisiana at the Louisiana Hayride…Dec. 15, 1956. It must have marked me in some way because I have always been a diehard Elvis fan. One thing I could never do was listen to anyone speak about Elvis in a less than flattering way. I just love him so much it is like my poor heart couldn’t take it. Then you came along. The first time I heard you do a rather hard critique it upset me. But for the first time, I wasn’t angry. As I watched more and more of your video’s I got to see your love and respect for Elvis. I learned to respect you and you loving him enough to tell it straight, but never mean spirited. Somehow, I think watching your videos help me heal. And I do mean heal, because I love Elvis like a family member and was broken hearted . I know I’m rambling and I hope I’ve made sense. I just wanted to say thank you. God Bless.

Absolutely beautiful! Singing harmony with himself. So nice! I personally thought that Charlie’s voice though a nice voice, was too strong sometimes and drowned Elvis’. Also it made some songs sound too classic or starchy. Elvis’ voice was self-complimenting. Thanks David. Nice find and post.

Yes she had an affair with with Steve Peck her dance instructor. And no she did not “save””Graceland and that’s another long story. She left Elvis for him before she moved on to Mike Stone, I even heard that when she was pregnant with Lisa Marie, Elvis had a DNA test done. Don’t know how true that was but she wasn’t squeaky clean.

There is a fantasy version of Whole Lot of Rosie on KZbin. It sounds a little like Elvis and of course the vkice suits rock, blues, grunge, metal, gospel.... etc. I cant help but wonder how he would've sung those types of songs. Like in Any Day Now, he doesn't strictly sing like Elvis but he does alot with the vocals. Love him ❤

Could you imagine a 19 year old Elvis in the 2020s. He'd give Austin Butler a run for his money 😂 Any Elvis is good Elvis, love him forever. Long live the King ❤

B12 is just fine and keeps you healthy. From my perspective Elvis really needed the the other meds to be able to carry on (push his body) doing this phenomenal but also incredibly hard job. Next to controlling his physical health problems. I would already get a headache and a racing heart from the heat of the stagelights, the constant flashlights and screaming of the fans. I mean I would be really irritated if I'd sing a sensitive ballad and they would just scream instead of being quiet and listening. Moreover the screaming and yelling is absolutely deafening. Elvis just took it all in. He gave everything he had. He did everything necessary to be able to give everything. Each time. The show must go on. Always. Till the very end. He made that choice. It was not healthy for him, but it was his world. What an incredible artist and man he was. ❤

Seems Jim felt threated by Elvis practicing Karate and Jim was the childish one for walking out Elvis took time out to talk to Jim about football but Jim walked out while Elvis showing his interest i cant blame Elvis for not wanting to speak to Jim again i would be the same

Well, you look like a real Elvis fan I’m 62 years old. I really wasn’t into him when I was younger. I watched him in movies. I don’t know. I don’t know what I really thought. I was too young a few years ago. I saw him when he was younger, and I thought God, that he was freaking gorgeous. I didn’t realize, but if you don’t mine, giving me your honest opinion there are KZbinrs who are it’s called defending Elvis. They can’t comprehend that he was addicted to drugs now I listen to many people that was around Elvis and even his cousin Billy, talked about drugs now I’m realistic first of all when Elvis had to do the shows in 1970 shows seven days a week I can’t comprehend why he agreed to that but realistically, he had to take drugs to keep him going and then to put him to sleep Anybody would have to do that I would you would I think of course his body got immune to it and you need more and then you need more I’m realistic he was a very nice man very talented man and when he was young, very gorgeous I mean, literally gorgeous, but I’m realistic that he was hooked on drugs And he was depressed about his career and about Priscilla. I’m not a fan of hers, but I think he loved her so everything going on it’s understandable why he took drugs. He was human and a lot of people can’t accept that. I wanna know do you do you believe he was on a lot of drugs your honest opinion my honest opinion is yeah he was now is that why he actually died at night? I don’t know because he had a large tart. I don’t know if his heart just gave out. I don’t think we’ll ever know.

Yeah, he definitely was mad most likely about who she was dating and it could’ve been somebody in a band. That’s why he said she gets around. Yeah he was really mad cause that was really rude. I’m surprised she stuck around as far as when they were dating and them to got into an argument, it was about they said she said Gladys and he said what that’s my mother’s name and she said oh my God I didn’t know that was it it was over
