Filled Gnocchi with Ricotta and Roasted Butternut Squash So delicious! For the gnocchi, I used purple potatoes, but this recipe works with any variety. **Ingredients:** - 4 medium-sized potatoes (steamed) - 2 egg yolks + 1 whole egg - 3/4 cup flour (add more if the dough is sticky) - Salt and pepper to taste Use a bench scraper or your hands to gently fold everything together, pressing the dough down. Dust your work surface with flour, then knead and roll the dough until it’s smooth and the flour is fully incorporated. Serve with your favorite sauce-I used my roasted garlic tomato sauce, topped with basil and Parmesan. Enjoy!

Hello Fiona Could you please tell me ,Do I have to make starter (made from Flour and Water for 7 days until is active then can make Sourdough Bread? But In this Video before you start to make sourdough bread you have mix 2 tablespoon sourdough starter 1 cup flour 1 cup water and leave for 6 hours before add to other ingredients . My question is do I need to make new starter ?
