I have a question, what should one do if the headlights are only partially hazed/oxidized? My headlights are hazy and yellowing badly from where it meets the hood all the way till about halfway through, while the bottom part is relatively ok which was showed to only needing a buff on this video (just a bit unclear). Do I separate (tape off) parts where I need to sand and not? Or should sanding the entire headlight would be better with the clear part only to use medium & soft (starting from 600) grit? Plus, one of the headlights has a dent from something hitting it, no cracks but it is a rather deep dent. Do I need to use an even lower grit to start off in that spot only? Would it be a dry or wet sand? Also, the clear taillight lenses (like those of a 2002 Lexus IS/RX) are experiencing micro cracks everywhere, can I also do the same method for the taillights? One of the corners of the taillights also had some deep scratch damage due to a side impact. Your opinion helps! Thank you.

Great video. You need to be making more and should have far more subscribers. You should also let people know you're referring to Australian dollars which are very different rate to US ones, which most people assume.

After watching many videos on restoring old cars to perfect condition, this is the first video that is very well done. You have a thorough understanding of the car's operating system and have learned how to test it with special tools. I would like to commend you for being a top-notch professional mechanic.

For prolong storage of vehicle ( no driving), it is useful to do one or both of this, 1) a manual 'disconnect switch' to positive battery terminal 2) have a solar panel ( getting Sun) that trickle charges the battery while in storage / parked. But also check for weak battery draining ( not holding charge while disconnected).
