this is amazing. I wish bike culture in the US would catch up to Europe.

I'm building a tryke myself, mine has tilting capability and a cabin for added aero, safety and weather protection. I post on my channel whenever i make some progress on the project for those who want to check it. Your project is very cool and has some nifty ideas.

it really seams like we could do self powering system with generator and motor geared properly

very good, let me ask you this, if my motor starts to rub when hot, what is the best way to align the rotating mass inside with the covers and housing to center it. i have tried just random positions by changing the positions of both covers, but that is not scientific and precise. is there a better way to verify the motor is centered?

Instead of putting a sprocket on can you put a rubber wheel on and run it as a old style dynami off on of the wheels.

Very quick delivery. kzbin.infoUgkxUiL0GnyDjP32RJdd660sP8mZk4CRLTCJ I believe about 2 days before pre-purchase estimated delivery date. Easy to assemble. Extremely well built. Adjustable in every way to fit personal size. Rides great as peddle-only or with electric assist. Has a lot of power. Priced right compared to competitors. Love the bike. More info after having bike awhile. “This Folding Fat Tire is our second purchase from Ecotric. Seems to be a great company. They followed through with backing a problem I was having with ‘Too Fast Speed’ of this bike when compared to the 26” Fat Tire we purchased first. They sold me the same controller and display screen which I changed myself without much difficulty. Now the speeds are exactly like our other bike. Love the bike and the company. The only difficulty is contacting them for this issue. Their phones in Oakland CA won’t receive messages and so you have to wait on correspondence by email once per night. Still I give it a 5 star.”

Vielleicht no a kleins Solardächle ;-)

you installed a generator, do you ride bicycles only on electricity from the generator or do you charge the battery on the bicycle. if you can explain to me. I'm currently building 2 bikes, and this idea of yours is great..
