Yeah they can, you must be able to do the minimum Speed Limit, if can't meet that, then it's a Hazzard in every State. Most INTERSTATES/HIGHWAYS ARE MINIMUM OF 45 MPH AND some States are Speeds of 55MPH TO 65 MPH, I've been where it's 85MPH and crazy as drops down in small towns to 35MPH and then right back up to 85MPH that's from N.M. & TEXAS. all straight aways and to me from the east coast, then Scary in 4 lane HIGHWAYS with Gulleys to both sides with DRIVEWAYS with few 4 foot pipes for water if they get filled up and no Guard Rails if go off the HIGHWAYS right there causing Deaths as seen on KZbin when High-speed Chases takes place, 99.9of all people die from hitting those at High-speeds. I'm against High speed chases as they put to many people in DANGER FOR 1 AND FOR 2, THEY WRECK 2 TO 5 VEHICLES OF 1 CITY THAT DON'T HAVE INSURANCE ON THEM AS ALL SELF INSURANCE BY TAX PAYERS, THESE SUV FORD EXPLORERS COST $150,000.00 PER ONE FOR THE CITY SO KILL 5 OF THEM OVER SOMEONE RAN FROM LIGHT OUT AND GOT PLATE # AND NOT STOLEN AND IF STOLEN, NOT WORTH INDANGERING OTHER LIFES AND YOUR OWNS LIFE AS WELL. I run 41" Iroks radials on my 85 4runner. Definitely does what I need. Always heard from the old timer snow crawlers around here that iroks are the best snow crawling tire. Radials also seem to hold up a little better. Could be some newer and better tire out there for the job but I am already invested. Just buy 2 new tires every few years.

I have a pair of steering Mog 406s. Big gears, big shafts, big pinions. 42s and 300hp in a 4000lb buggy. 50° steering and factory air lockers. Did 8 lug and disk brake conversion.
