I did the driver side door of my 2000 f450 quad cab today. I used the pure silicone tubing others would recommended as I am at 9500ft elevation and From what I read the latex tubing would not be flexible enough in the cold we have here. Running it through went easily...but now my door will not shut even close to flush. Sticking out significantly. Doesnt matter how hard you slam it. Won't close all the way

My truck did this coming out of 4wd low. It made that same noise. Anyone know what could’ve happened.

14 years later, I’ve had my 2003 F250 since ‘08, the door squeaks and seats rattle over bumps, even non-perfect blacktop. Can’t wait to get my doors all quiet again! Thanks man I will say, use plenty of lube! My tubing snapped inside even though I put lube in there. Also on the supercab I did the same on the suicide door outer seal. Then went ahead and adjusted the strikers about 1/16” in to tighten them all up.

Thanks for demonstrating the latch mod so well- I'd heard about it but no one seemed to have filmed it in a way that made it obvious what was going on.

You didn't tell me squat on how to manually clean the DPF. Can you manually turn it on while driving? How? What RPM do you need to maintain? How long will it take? At what exhaust filter % should it be done?

Do you fill the filter then add 13 more quarts? Or measure what you put in filter then fill the rest of it until 13 quarts total?

I just bought a 2021 ford f250 king ranch super duty I drove it about 1500 miles in two months it has 80 thousand miles on it , I was driving to the store and it lost power and died It wouldn’t go into gear after that without dying on me I had it towed back to ford and they told me it’s not covered what’s wrong with it . Unbelievable it cost me 70 thousand dollars had for two mths and barely drove it .

Ya just drain it if you have Full tank that damn separator will start a syphon and about the time your wishing Ford would go to hell you are running around looking for more 5 gallon buckets to catch all that fuel people don't buy a Ford without the owners manual I promise a Ford should be 5000 dollars cheaper without an owners manual

Afternoon, been a while since this video was posted but hoping you may see this. Planning on installing same system on my F-250 this week. Was wondering how it held up. The compressor seems a little more exposed to the elements than if it were above the spare tire. But that is a much more challenging install. Would love to hear your thoughts. Thanks again!

This was a fairly good write up, I admit I had to go looking for the water separator. Was a lot further back than I expected (it’s under the bed), and also the fuel return fitting snapped right off with almost no force so I had to repair that as well. The orange fitting to the left is crazy brittle and delicate. Apparently very common issue but it’s not available locally.
