Thank you for this Dr. Gundry and thank you for changing my life. I eat Brocoli and Cauliflower every other day, however every time I eat this, I sense that I am more gassy than other meals. Can you please explain me what I can do to reduce it?

I have read many books, I listened to many KZbin videos by many of the world's leading gurus and health experts but nothing came close to “the hidden herbs” by anette ray. I recommend everyone giving it a read.

RARELY does a doctor ask, "What are you eating?" When they do and you try to tell them, they cut you off and I had one say to me that they didn't see anything unusual about what I was eating. I was complaining of GI issues and told him I notice that these problems happen when I eat certain foods. When I tried to explain what I was eating (processed food, sweets, etc) he cut me off. I never saw him again and changed up my eating habits.

Dr.Gundry! Raw beets do not content to much sugat? On the other hand shall I understand that carrots are not good boiled or sauted? Thank you for all you do for us🙏

I just watched his Top 5 veggies video in the last week. I believe he said that cooking beets and carrots brings out the sugar. So best to eat them both raw.

Please tell us all about the antinutrients in all of these foods
@dybusmariuszАй бұрын
Exactly! Also most of veggies are "zero calories foods" so eating them will give you no advantage at all. The average human being needs more than 2000kcal/day- you would have to eat at least 4 kg of apples (40 apples a day) but the energy spent for digestion would nullify the calories in apples so eating apples (other fruit and veggies, too) is just for their taste.

Add bitter melon to your list. It is found in many Asian grocery stores.

What does? Brussel sprouts?
@dybusmariuszАй бұрын
@@miketonon7946 "Carcinogens and Anticarcinogens in the Human Diet: A Comparison of Naturally Occurring and Synthetic Substances." I found this on NIH website. Can you read?
@edp4708Ай бұрын
@@dybusmariusz However, in extremely high concentrations, some isothiocyanates may act as potential carcinogens. It's important to note that the levels of these compounds in Brussels sprouts are very low, and the health benefits of consuming them far outweigh any potential risks.
@dybusmariuszАй бұрын
@@edp4708 ok if that's so but you won't counter that : brussels sprout is in the so called zero calories foods group which means digesting it consumes more energy than they have . There's over 40 of them, fruit and veg. Eating only leafy greens, non starches, no seeds (legumes, grains) would not allow you to survive as you need around 2000 kcal per day. "Like any crash diet, only eating zero-calorie foods can be a recipe for disaster. As well as missing out on essential food groups and their nutrients, you’ll find that this isn’t the kind of diet you can incorporate into your lifestyle for long-lasting results. "- so tell me, what's the point of eating zero calories foods like brussels sprouts? No calories, undigested fibre damages your gut lining, other antinutrients, some carcinogens, no great taste. Well, you better wake up to the reality 😂😂
