Thanks for this review. What would be the best option for reading and taking notes?

Is it better to run daily a Morning Planner, or a End-of-Day Journal where you reflect on your day?

A $100 shifter mod... My brother in christ, there are $60 usb shifters on Amazon. The TrueBrake mod is sick, though.

the product is so shit that you have to talk about all the emotional bs to convince the buyers to buy something that is slightly better than a piece of paper

Every time i see one of these setups, i am impressed, but then i think.. what happens when something doesn't work? You are going to be on your hands and knees under that desk trying to troubleshoot it.. I'd rather have cables hanging off my desk slightly, and not have to crawl around on the floor every time something doesn't work right.

Awesome review. I so want to hate the reMarkable paper pro, more for the price, than the functionality. I just got it and loving that I have readily accessible "paper." I appreciate your simple, straight forward review. The reMarkable seems to have successfully married minimalism to functionality and japanese wabi-sabi design.

What a great video, minus the existential crisis about the 6th and final stage of the universe article! 🤣 Keep up the great work here.

This is incredible. I am thinking through my home office for when I move to Indiana with my wife at the end of the year. I will be transitioning to work from home for my career and will have two desks. One will be used for Zoom and some personal usage (music with my interface and Neural DSP), and the other will be a bit more of a primary multi monitor work station that I'll run 2 to 3 monitors with my primary PC. This minimal desk setup is THE fix I've been searching for for my Zoom/Music set up. Thanks for all the input on this video. Book marked this to come back to when I'm getting the office put together!

Fantastic video. Super helpful, very engaging (I love the way you injected personality & authenticity into every aspect of the video), and extremely educational. I've been debating about whether to buy a reMarkable, and this video helped push me over the edge.

1:32 you didn't have to shave the power cable, all you had to do was run it from the other end. I've learned this the hard way running cables in military vehicles 😂 3:21 same thing here. You can run the cable from the bottom up and it will fit.

So great to see Morning Pages on the ReMarkable! It's the reason I'm thinking of getting one - I have 28 B5-size paper notebooks that I've used since 2021 for Morning Pages - Julia Cameron's amazing contribution.

221ppi on an eink reader in 2020 is a joke. Size is stilll small for academic usage. Who pays 400 dollars for an eink tablet when you can get an 11 inch iPad.

this is really amazing. I just couldnt see myself ever doing this cuz it limits upgrade/change directions you can take which is something where I'd prefer to keep more flexibility. I dont even think it'd be too much work. seems more like a fun time just like researching and building a pc

When I had the G920 it was so bad I couldn't even do consistent lap times but when I switched to the t300 I could actually put consistent lap times and be couple 100 Ms faster in most corners downside it does sometimes overheat but it is manageable and preventable

also, being further into the video, changing the brakes and all causing you to readjust and relearn how to brake. Feel is different and reaction is, but once you got it (and you did) you will be faster. Not because you are driving faster, but braking is more consistent. I noticed it when I replaced my default pedals from Thrustmaster to the Moza loadcell. Its fun!

My experience with my remarkable 2 tablet has been quite negative. Three different tablets, and three unfixable issues later I am done with remarkable. 1. When I first bought the tablet, within about a month of buying the tablet I accidentally dropped it on the ground from only a few feet up and with a folio case on (and the only time I ever dropped it), and the power button got completely logged into the tablet and unusable. I was however able to return the tablet for a replacement. 2. After I got my replacement, about 2 months later i pull it out if my laptop bag, and boom the same exact unusable power button issue. And this time remarkable refused to replace under warranty. When i pushed, they finally let me do it for $200 to replace with a refurbished. 3. Now 6 months later, over the last week the writing has jsut slowly stopped working to a conpletely unusable extent (tested with multiple pens and other troubleshooting efforts). I'm quite frustrated at how disappointing this tablet has been. I loved it while it worked, but as a broke college dtudent i cant replace it all the time because the engineering sucks!

Since you're doing this to become a good irl racer I feel like you should know two things A) GT7 is not a simulator so don't really take its physics as the standard for irl racing B) GT cars always run on TC and ABS which is why you felt that the Audi was so twitchy and sketchy

I have a double monitor stand like that from the brand "neomounts" if anyone would be interested in getting something like that for their setup. I have a 32" (landscape) and a 24" (portrait) setup and they are holding up perfectly. I could even put my desk against the wall and the mount wouldn't touch the wall. So it's very space efficient.
