This follow along yoga session is designed to help you to honour your anger, but also put it to the side while you release tension in your mind and body. The idea behind this 'putting aside' is to provide space between the emotion and the reaction so that you can potentially gain more perspective AND give your body a break from the negative side effects of anger (physiologically and psychologically speaking).
This sequence is for every body however it's important to honour the fact that all bodies are different and therefore you must make changes according to your own level.
It's also important to remember that these practices are not designed to replace medical advice.
I hope this sequence offers you some respite from negative emotion (without vilifying negative emotion, it all has its place and function).
