My biggest problem with your yoga channel is to choose which class to do 😄 - i sometimes use 15-20 minutes browising: okay I'll do ...THIS one, - no wait... this is also SO good, - or perhaps THIS one... and so on, and so on 😂 Because they are all so PERFECTLY 'rounded'/'full' in each their way. THIS class, though, is an absolute favorite ⭐️⭐️⭐️ and I've done it three mornings in a row now. Love from Copenhagen, Denmark, Scandinavia ❤️

I really like the rythm in your classes, there is no rush and I have the time to really feel the poses. I really wish you will publich more of the 60 minutes classes. They are so soothing. Thank you Kassandra!!

Wow, I think this might be my favorite class of yours, Kassandra. I loved holding poses for longer, teachers don't usually instruct that way in a vinyasa flow. It's hard for me to be really present and acknowledge what's going on with my breath and body if we're rushing from one pose to the next. This class made me aware that my shoulders tend to be very lazy, and often drop when they shouldn't. Thank you for such an awesome workout and flow!

I really appreciate the quick verbal preview you do at the beginning of each of your yoga videos giving the difficulty level as well as a overview of what types of poses we'll be doing (mostly balance poses, or we'll be holding poses for longer than usual, etc.). This makes it easier to decide which video I'm in the mood for, and this detailed preview is something a lot of the other yoga youtubers don't provide. You're an excellent teacher!

I know this is an older practice, but I just loved this!!! It was the perfect blend of everything, except I took headstand at the end for my inversion, just because it’s fairly new to me and I love practicing it ❤

This is my favorite yoga video! I really appreciate that you didn't add any background music, so I can either enjoy the quiet, or play my own yoga music. The poses helped my find where my body is struggling to release, and loosen everything through my back and legs. Thank you!

I loved this class. I did it first thing in the morning and woke me up slowly but also with enough stretches to feel energized. I am not a big yin yoga fan as I am not patient enough in slow poses. But this combination of yin and vinyasa yoga is perfect for me. Next time, I would do a short intro session to get better stretch first as I was still a bit shore from morning wake up. Thank you Kassandra!

I loved this practice! I'm not flexible in the mornings, but you build up this practice that I gradually warmed up. I loved the poses and sequences and the amount of time holding them- just a bit longer than usual for my waking up body. I felt amazing after it! The only thing was too long for me the meditation part both at the beginning and the end.

I really love this pace of flow, i started drifting apart from fast flows since i kind of think you don't get the time to let the poses do their job, also it takes greater patience which i love to exercise too. For cardio work i have my tennis and biking, don't need to bring it to the mat

Day 91/365 The why I walk on the mat? To feel good in my body, calm my mind, connect with spirit and listen to my heart/soul, my intention was to let my heart express itself fully, during the session I had moments of gratitude, anger, frustration, happiness, I let my heart feel without judgment, at the end, I was left with a highly satisfied smile… Peace Love Abundance to Everyone 🕊🤍🦚
