@juice & Toya - When doing a push up , can an individual leave their hands/arms uncrossed ? I, myself find it hard to have my arms/hands crossed across at my chest or touching the side of my head. It’s much easier to just have my arms/hands straight out in front of me. Is this an okay form?

Could you implment these type of helpful tips during the workouts? Like one of you are doing the workout and the other explains what to do for a few seconds or have a short side video pop up when both of guys are doing the workouts.

Proper form is super important, to prevent injury and making the most out of our workouts. Thanks guys for looking out for your followers 😊👏 Maybe a follow-up video where you tackle some more excercises is a great idea, depending on the comments you receive here. My suggestions: Proper form for a side oblique core exercise and or side (lateral) lunges. Thanks! Warm wishes from Holland🇱🇺👋

As usual, you guys are right on point, providing the J&T community with everything we need to be successful on our collective journey. It never occurred to me that the raised heel on my walking shoe was throwing off my center of gravity. It’s a quick fix that made today’s lower-body routines more effective!! Thanks again!

this is was honestly so helpful and much needed!! as someone who doesn't like to work out at gyms and have do home works out, i never really had someone to correct my form and everything was kinda self taught through trial and error (and pain) so to have a video like this that thoroughly explains all the basic forms is super helpful 😌🙌 thank you and now i can do these workout with more confidence and without future injuries ✌✨
@annemariea77422 жыл бұрын
This was really helpful!!! Can you guys do a video explaining the science/reasoning behind types of movements, for example: dynamic, compound, iso, etc. I don't quite understand the 'gym language' and would like to know how to best plan out my workouts in a way where I understand the movements I'm doing and how to combine different movements in different exercise sets.
@gennakale7 ай бұрын
Something I've never heard you guys talk about that is extremely important and you should talk about more is BREATHING WHILE YOU WORK OUT. If there's a way that you can explain what works best for the fitness community that would be great, being able to inhale and exhale at the right times during your workout can seriously make such a difference.
