Great list, Philip! I can check some of the boxes, but need help with others, LOL. My only addition would be #11, a sense of humor. An appropriate amount of levity and humor makes any project go better. My main goal in any client interaction (face-to-face, chat, zoom, strings of texts, or emails) is to make them smile. Smile because we're getting the job done, and smile because I keep things lighthearted, upbeat, positive...and occasionally a bit silly. The tension just falls away!

Hi Phillip. Great post. Love It. There is a question for you: What if I have most of skills you name in your videos (soft and hard skills) to get into the market but you are 60 years old?. It is hard to have all that experience to put on any designing job but age is a very large issue to pass over. Best regards

I do. But let’s be honest, “passive income” is a misnomer. Setting up revenue stream so you make money while you sleep is certainly much more work than having a regular job 90% of the time. I’ve done it both ways and I know
