Boy! Isn't that the truth! We can go at our own pace, stop if we have to take time to change positions from standing to mat, or ease the pain, or do a 'rerun' 🙂 It's fun exercising with Lauren! Do miss SOME of the social aspect of the gym but not worth missing a GOOD practical workout like these!!

I have been doing your workouts for about 3 years since I retired. Shortly after I retired I had a Medicare required bone density test, which showed mild osteopenia. I had another one last week that showed normal bone density, no hint of osteopenia! I attribute that your bone/joint strengthening workouts. Thank you! FYI: I am pushing 70.

Delight! The exercises were at the limit of my capabilities, but they turned out to be quite doable, even the balances worked. Weighted forearm abduction movements have always been difficult for me, but it turns out that if you use only one arm, it works much better. I really enjoyed the training and it’s good that the channel has plans for the week. Thank you so much to the wonderful and wonderful coach Lauren!

I enjoyed the combination of strength-building and balance! I was so focused on trying to balance, that I didn't even pay attention to how much weight lifting I was doing. Definitely need work on my balance - pretty shaky! I love your videos so much. They're so versatile and your guidance is wonderful. I can find a workout for any situation, whether I only have 10 minutes or I"m able to do a longer session. And then I can also combine them! Hip pain has been an issue but I've found excellent workouts that help with that. Thank you, Lauren!!

Hi Lauren, I can do this whole workout, and things are hard for me. I had my right knee and right hip replaced. The hip didn't go so well...I wondered if you could make up a workout for seniors' ballet that would be low impact on all the leg joints but still be a good workout. I cannot do most of the ballet workouts due to my hip and knee issues. I love all of your workouts, Lauren. You are inspirational to listen to. Please don't stop doing this!
