I've been on this lil self imposed journey to do a 10 mile walk and will attempt it next week. I thought this would be good to add to my routine. Imagine my surprise when I cannot do the first exercise!!! Like how can i walk so much and have such weak ankles???! Sheesh

Hello, I am new to your channel and find your content informative. While working through your videos I found one relating to exercising your lower body and legs. I need a little advice from you. About a year ago I fell off the roof of my house and twisted my leg. The doctors did not view my injury as anything major. The question I have for you is, can you suggest any exercise of the leg and ankle to increase strength and circulation? Any feedback would be most appreciated. Best wishes.
