We will do a 10 minute cardio pump. No equipment is required.
The timer will be on for 50 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest.
We will perform the following exercises:
Toe Tap
Shuffle shuffle punch
Skaters
Imagine jump rope
Jumping knee drive - Right side
Squat walk
Jumping knee drive - Left side
High knees
Jumping jacks
Slow Jog
