9/4/22, Done all from hand raises to mountain climbers. It's Me vs Me and getting stronger DAILY. Hollow body hold was most challenging but worth it. Thanks Joy to Move for this amazing workout. Yours truly Kenyan student 😹

What is a zercher squat? Can I do a regular squat? I usually spread my legs out a bit more for better depth

Hi Sarah! Zercher it's just a regular squat where you keep the weight closer to your chest. There's nothing wrong with your form 👍
