The goal is to lose belly fat and get a nice hourglass shape.
I focused on exercises that challenge you to work deep into your side ab muscles.
No breaks, every exercise 30 seconds.
Let‘s have some fun together and work for a slim waist.
Do this 3-4 times a week if you want to see fast results.
