Going to be doing this five times a week and updating once a week Week 1: The first few days it was BAD, I was feeling sore and my arms were exhausted 😭 but after those rough few days it was much more easy for me to get through the workouts 😅 it is only to first week so I know I'll feel it, but not see it. But from what I am seeing I can see my arms are a bit more toned than usual 🥳

I used to workout during lockdown and was in my dream body but once our school started, I stopped working out and it has been almost 2 years since I stopped working out. I gained a lot of weight and felt lazy all the time, I wanted to workout and lose all that weight but didn't feel motivated....today- 11 March 2024, I found your channel and finally got the motivation to start working out again...my goal is to be consistent and lose 8 kg, I'm 16...wish me luck
