Love your videos and like that most of them are standing only. Even though I'm 30+ years past giving birth, these exercises are relevant to me. One comment on this video, I wish your countdown beeps were audible for all the transitions. I have done this video many times and if I'm not looking up I miss the transition on the pendulum and end up doing it on 1 leg only. If you aren't watching the video it's easy to miss a transition to another move when there's no beep to warn you. I enjoy your workouts! I do 4 of them in a row that target different areas and get in a great 40 minute workout! Thank you Sally!

I have always been in good shape ~ then around age 50 I noticed my body changing. Being 5 "2 & weighing 106 pound's doesn't indicate a healthy body. I began to see skin on my lower arms flapping. My tummy was becoming lose . I began to consider surgery as I'm very " body conscious. Then I decided to follow Sally ~ after doing many of her workouts I don't need surgery. I needed to work the muscles that mother nature was attacking. I'm in way better shape & can attest that if you push yourself & do daily workouts with Sally you can improve your body .

For all of you that don't even try this video because of there being no music to it, put on your own and turn the volume to the video really low, once you get the hang of the exercises. That's what I do. This video is more than worth a go at it! And it's super simple 😊

This is rhe second of your workouts I have tried. I like them very much! Standing is good, you can do them everywhere. No jumping is very good for my hurt tendon. Nothing "brutal", very flowy and though effective. Even a bit cardio...great!

I’m planning on doing this and the 10 min slim arms and back workout everyday for fourteen days as well as sticking to a healthier diet, but no restricting and we’ll see how it goes. Right now I’m at 170lbs and I’ll weigh myself after every week and I’ll take my measurements Day 1: ✅ I’m not in the best shape so I had to take a few mini breaks 😭 but I got through it 🙏

Here’s one thing I recommend: the lower abs are engaged whenever you bring your lower half all the way up to your torso. Go slow and make each rep count while focusing on really bringing your lower half up and not just your legs. Imagine you are trying to get your belly button to touch your nose. Again, make sure to go slow so you can really feel your lower abs contract. You might have to start with some exercises lying down as well as strengthening your hips through mobility and weight training, but regardless what I said should get you to at least benefit from working your lower abs. I hope this helps as I struggled with the same exact problem

Hello, tried the workout yesterday and loved it, BUT by late afternoon my lower back was in extreme pain. I must have strained my lower back. Any suggestions as to how to avoid this?

Please make sure that you warmup before the workout and stretch after. There is a 5 min warm and a 5 min stretching sequence on my channel. All the best!
