Week 4 day 2: my abs are burning after this workout! I followed juice the entire time but I used 8 lb weights instead of 10lb and still felt the burn. I feel much better than I did yesterday so I really see the effects of eating in proper portions. Looking forward to the rest of the week!

This work out came just in time for me. I'm working through a torn calf muscle and have been doing chair exercises just to keep moving. This is this first workout I could do all of and get my heart rate up in a couple of weeks without having to figure out modifications. Love your workouts in general, both the non-repeat format, the variety, and the difficulty. Thank you!

I just had knee surgery 3 weeks ago. I've been skimming thr YT videos for an ab/arm workout routine that wouldn't torture my healing knee. I just can't kneel on my right knee, so I did a little mod. Thank you for posting!

I did one of your other workouts and I knew this one would be good, and it did not disappoint. I’ve never done an arm and ab workout that actually burned both my arms and my abs. I’ll be sure to start with 10lbs instead of 5 next time

Week 4 Day 2: This morning I gave MORE with 2/4 workouts completed. My only modification here was the V-Sit Up + Lateral Raise. Added one MORE set tonight. Also, added MORE sets to the Frog Sit Up + Press and the Single Leg Raise + Press. I need time for MORE recovery stretches. FINISH STRONG! 🤗

First morning post 4 week challenge. Laid awake last night thinking about what workout I should do this morning 😆 This one has been a fav for a while. Started with 8 minute abs and finished with arms and abs ! And to my surprise after 4 weeks of hard work I can finally do a sit up without a dumbell. I had been relying on that dumbell to give me forward motion ! Thanks for all the growth Juice & toya !

This was excellent. Some of these variations I had never even considered, much less practiced before. Fun and challenging. I love how this is just enough to add on when I feel my regular workout didn’t hit my arms and core enough. Those tend to be the two areas that I want to be sore the next day. Side note: you guys are the cutest! I love the couple/partnership dynamic. ✌️

Week 4 Day 2. I really enjoyed this finisher. I set a goal of reps I wanted to complete and crushed it! With only plamk modifications because I'm still building enough strength to hold a plank for more than 30 seconds.

Week 4 day 2 of celebration challenge 11/15/22. Loved this workout. Never actually did this workout and I loved it. I always go for the longer workouts but I've been blind to the short ones, I definitely will do 3-5 videos that are shorter bc I love them!

OBLA Challenge, Week 4 Day 2: one thing i can say is that my abs are definitely be different from what they were at the beginning of this challenge lol tried to go on without modifications but in the end i had to rely on some, i still felt the burn though (not to mention i did all of Day 1's workouts before this and the other Day 2 workout)... anyways, can't wait for the rest of this week! 🔥

Week 4 Day 2 continuation! Loved this video, it’s super quick and effective in making me break into a sweat haha. Amazing how there’s some exercises where the burn is felt like two reps in….for me that was the pullovers, single leg raise + press, and crossover tuck + press! Did this with 5lb weights :^)
