Loved this. As a female going through basic combat training, I saw mostly all of my female comrades struggle with the required pull-ups at the time. It took most of us almost the entire duration of basic training, working at them every day, to achieve our first pull-up. I didn't realize how weak my shoulders and upper body strength were until they were put to the test. Great shoulder workout. Will definitely be on my weekly playlist.

I'm an office worker who has really tight and weak shoulders, so this workout is exactly what I need. I started with 3 kg (roughly 6 lbs) dumbbells and that was definitely a right decision. Which was kinda humbling, actually. Will be definitely doing this a few times a week. Thank you for this! Great video/workout! ✌️🙂

Wow! So refreshing to get something different and work different, intricate shoulder muscles! Everyone is usually so repetitive and similar with the same moves... I am a new subscriber this week. I will be not just repeating this as a quickie or burnout but will definitely do other videos of yours. I browsed briefly earlier seeking a 30 to 40 min push workout, I couldn't find much over 20 min. Is that your main gig, shorter workouts? Also wanted a 30 min upper body abs with chest and tricep focus yesterday. Nonetheless, I adore you guys. My shoulders will finally feel it tomorrow 😌

*So easy to use and so convenient! Awesome in space saving. However, due to its adjustable weight design, the length of the dumbell is always the same regardless of weight. (I.e. a regular 25 lbs dumbell is longer than a 10 lbs dumbell). But that really not a reason to shy away. Also kinda expensive.... but!!! Overall quality **bestgym.equipment** and ease of use and storage, you cant ask for a better dumbell.*
