Thank You SO much! Mum enjoys it very much - although she does find it a bit difficult at the moment :) but she wants to persevere! Which is a very good sign :) and we LOVE the Introduction! :)

Hi thanks for the feedback- normally with my clients particularly on lunges if the person has pain or limited range of movement we try to minimise the lunge movement. So we only partially bend the knees (like a curtsy). And if this is still painful we adapt the exercise to something different. Let me know if this works for you ?

Superfit 65 year old says bullshit to this. Find someone your age or older who is obviously superfit and moves like a teenager, and is superlean to take advice from. For example, someone unconscious of the fact that many seniors have arthritic knees will advise lunging forward, when they should be using the reverse, stepback lunge. And where is the hinge movement? People have to pick things up! Add some balance practice, to all the movements, old folks die from falls.

Define superfit ? What is categorised as super fit ? How does a teenager move ? What has super lean got to do with anything? Tell me about the hinge movement ? BTW forward lunges are evidence based exercises to combat against falls 👍 Thanks for your feedback 🏆💪
