That was ah-mazing Shona! As always. I'll come back to this one pretty often. This was perfect as I have a meeting in 1hr and squeezed that one in for a "quickie". My abs are sore and I love it! Graciaaas

There are a few factors in yoga booty exercises . One plan I found which successfully combines these is the Yanas Yoga Results (google it if you're interested) without a doubt the no.1 blueprint i've heard of. Check out the amazing information .

actually a really good lower body X abs training. Especially when swapping the plank shoulder taps for handstand shoulder taps, full burpees, and adding weights 😝 oh and then repeat 2x THANKS.💜

Love this! I do it 2-3 times per week! On quick question, when I do the "starfish crunches" I feel a clicking in the internal part of my hip joint, how can I prevent this? Thank you in advance and thank you for your videos! I love them!

I know you posted this a year ago so maybe you've already found out how to deal with this, but if not then try internally rotating your femur from your hip joint when you lift and lower your legs! It's supposed to stop the clicking (though it only sometimes works for me). Hope this helps :)
