I love the way she explains everything, it’s like working out with someone so compassionate it becomes alot more fun! Thanks alot! Plus the fact there’s no background music is actually so much better than fast/loud music.

I completely agree with the music part, especially if you’re planning to do the workout everyday, you don’t want the background music to be stuck in your head at times when your sleeping 🙄

I had been suffering from depression and anxiety from last 1 year and before that I was a flexible girl. But after the depression session and I had lost all the zeal to survive and I had all the traumas stored in my body parts making it so stiff. I kept on doing this workout consecutively for about 2-3 weeks. Now I suddenly realised I can touch my toes while my legs are completely stretched! Wow didn’t expect that at all as it was so impossible before haha!!

I can feel how effective the workouts are when I do them, they feel like I’m actually working my body rather than repetitive donkey kicks. This is better for me mentally☺️

Its the first time a workout feels so light but tough at the señame time. I felt like we did 1 minute into the routine. I have to check the time cause i couldnt believe it. Love it completely ❤

Phew that was hard for me, just about managed all the moves but not as many reps at this stage although I did enjoy it. Hopefully will improve with practice. Good one Jessica got my cardio rate working 😀

I started this 6 days ago🎉 Skipped 1 day and noticed how much I was ready to get back to it. I'm 43 and fractured my tailbone in 2018. Coming back from that has been a plant of slow growth. My core is in need of a restructuring towards strength. So, when I say that I genuinely appreciate this video because it breaks down self limiting beliefs on time and endurance. Thank you. Each time I get better and more precise thus experiencing a more impactful workout. I look forward to incorporating other workouts of yours in the future.

i'm not even joking, that mix of stretching and more advanced moves was absolutely phenomenal. it made me want to go through with the whole workout because you actually focused on feeling good and not doing exercises until we can't feel our arms 😭 that flew by at a great difficulty level.

I know a lot of people have said this, but the time seriously did fly by! This was SUCH a good pilates workout for me, even though im a total beginner i didnt need to take multiple breaks like i sometimes do! Great work!! 🎉

Love your channel! Just discovered you! I 'm a avid kickboxer/weight lifter and wanted to round it out with some kind of stretch different than yoga which I also do, your moves help me stretch out thank you from a 68 year Gramma who loves to train! See you tomorrow!

Good morning! Wonderful job. This is really nice for a beginner or for someone like me who is excerising for the first time in years. Always been walking and swimming but finally able to do more. I've been recovering from a bad accident and this was perfect after my hour walk this am!

love this! not only can i feel how great of a workout this was, it was so fun?? a lot of the time working out feels almost like a chore and unenjoyable for me, but this just felt like hanging out with a friend with a side of working out! great video, will be coming back!

That was the best workout I've ever done. Thank you so so much. Ive been having a hard time motivating to exercise but this was literally perfect for me. It was tiring but not too much. Within the window of tolerance. And the stretches you added in between were perfect, like you knew exactly what and where I was wanting to shake it out. It was crazy! After the exercise id feel a bit stiff and then your stretch/rest would loosen me up again. This is the first of your videos I've seen and I'm now subscribed and ready for more. Also you made me giggle a few times so thanks for that too!

2025 here I come! Started doing this routine yesterday on Jan 1 and did it again today, I’m definitely feeling sore but I’m gonna try to do this routine for the whole of Jan! Doing it to move my body and get healthy, not doing it to make me look better. Thank you so much for this routine Jessica and ill let you know how I am after Jan! Day 3 now, the core strength exercises are really helping and I can definitely feel the burn on them, feeling more energised and overall better! I love the stretching elements as well!

Omggg day 8 now, haven’t skipped a day yet and I’m feeling GREAT!!! 2 days ago I was soo tired, definitely had a lot of breaks during this and felt sooo tired. Then today, I felt amazing! The moves feel easier, I didn’t take any breaks, I’m feeling stronger and overall I feel happier! ❤❤❤
