The feeling from this session was so nice. It felt like I was stretching/ working out with friends. I have a lower back injury and the moves you picked were perfect! Some of them were staples that I learned from physical therapy, and some were brand new but still helpful and not harmful. Thanks for all that you do!

Before the stretch I could reach just pass my knees and had lower back pain. After the stretch, I can touch my toes and back pain in gone. Unbelievable. You guys deserve all the success in the world

This is my workout routine: Monday: Full body 45 minutes dumbbell workout (Juice & Toya) Tuesday: Full body 45 minutes dumbbell workout (Juice & Toya) Wednesday: Rest Thursday: Full body 45 minutes dumbbell workout (Juice & Toya) Friday: Full body 45 minutes dumbbell workout (Juice & Toya) Saturday: Core strengthening workout 15 minutes (Juice & Toya) Sunday: Shoulder and chest workout 15 minutes Dumbbells only (Fraser Wilson) Yep, I like my workout routine and I'm getting stronger.

Just started a new job that has made my back pain worse. [had sciatica pain during pregnancy and maybe epidural made it worse too ] and now with this job I feel so much tension. This stretch helped me so much! It’s barely day 2 doing it but I’m going to make sure to do it every day! Thank you!

SRC 2023: Week 3 Day 5 I really enjoyed doing this workout as a warm up to prepare for Day 5's assigned workout. It really helped open up my muscles and relieve the lower back tension I was feeling this morning.
