Second round with you Sydney!! I started working out with you in 2017 and lost 85 pounds. And after some major life changes (covid, moving, homeschooling children, starting back to work...) I have gained back 45 pounds. But I will not be depressed or held back. Just gotta try again ☺️ You're a great trainer and friend even tho we haven't met lol. You're appreciated. Great workout, love that it's only 10 minutes for days like today that I don't have time. My only complaint was how fast you moved from one exercise to the other. I was jumping up and grabbing weights, being like, "whoa, wait, I'm coming." :) But, really, this was perfect for my day.

It depends on how tall you are and how much your weigh and how much muscle you have..everyone is different.
