Finally, a meditation that helps instead of a ‘trying to rid of’ depression. The nature and garden visualisation was lovely.

Thank you, I was really depressed because I'm having constant physical pains, nihilistic and pessimistic thoughts and lack of motivation in life. This has really improved my mood and my existence doesn't feel like a burden on me anymore, sorry for using this kind of edgy language but its the best I can do to describe my feelings I suppose.

Thank you … it is easy to get overwhelmed by stressful thoughts. A dear friend died very recently and another friend is in the ICU. I need to stay healthy and I need to sleep so that I can remain a positive and loving presence. Thank you for providing this garden retreat my the gentle sunlight shine through all of us. We are all journeying and we can help each other to heal. Thank you.❤

I don’t know why but when you said “picture a man or a woman” I pictured a beautiful middle aged woman that looked similar to me smiling back. When you said she was me I just started crying and crying. I don’t know why I cried but she felt so warm and happy that I couldn’t help my emotions . I wonder what this means

It's so nice to have a meditation that doesn't harp on exactly how to breathe but just lets us breathe the way our body wants to.

Thank you for the guided meditation. The meditation was super amazing, really, but when you said "imagine a man or woman", that really broke my flow. I got scared. I saw that person smiling at me as you said, but I was not the same as I was before. Earlier I was simply enjoying the garden but now, in the presence of the person, I was conscious. I also felt unsafe, maybe because my intrusive thoughts came in of that person being a fraud behind that smiling face. Other than that, the meditation was beautiful!!!

Psilocybin saved my life. I was addicted to heroin for 15 years and after Psilocybin treatment I will be 3 years clean in September. I have zero cravings. This is something that truly needs to be more broadly used in addiction treatment.

Psychedelics saved me from vears of uncontrollable depression, anxiety and illicit pill addiction. imagine carving heavy chains for over a decade and then all of a sudden that burden is gone. Believe it or not in a couple years they'll be all over for treatment of mental health related issues.

I have been diagnosed with Dysthymia and ADHD and Social Anxietv. I get mad all he time for no reason and I lack social skills because of the anxiety and I'm actually switching schools because there is a school (I recommend you check it out) it's called PACE and it's an all girls school for people who have mental health issues which cause them to make bad decisions or get bad grades or even if you just need counseling along with school. Every student at PACE has their own counselor to make sure you follow your goals.

I picture myself in a beautiful garden underneath a woodland. To me, the path are alternating grey stone steps that winds around a lake near the beginning on the left. The flowers and grasses are on a tiny hill on the right. Further down the path, I imagine a wise old women observing a stream on the right. Her lovely smile makes me feel welcomed. This is when my path goes down a hill gradually, making a gentle curve to the right. Soon, the path turns a gentle left. I can imagine a view of a valley as it banks left. The paths goes on but turning to go back, I know I always can come here whenever I wanted.

Well to balance things out a bit heres my experience: Using psilocybin mushrooms made my depression and social anxiety worse after every trip. No doubt like all drugs it may work for some, but for others it can be damaging.

You have a lovely voice, and I love that there is no music. But what is that background noise? A dripping faucet? A ceiling fan? The noise distracted me from the meditation.😢
@Priory_UK6 ай бұрын
Hi Suzy, thank you so much for your feedback. That noise in the background is actually a clock. Not an intentional inclusion at the time, but we have made big improvements to the sound quality of our meditations (especially the surfer and waterfall meditations). You can find them in this playlist: kzbin.info/aero/PLEizM40pda30z0niUkKe4wpvB1sc4Xmcr I hope you'll give those a try and would love to know your thoughts. Thanks Will 💙
