Sorry to point out that if you continue to twist your knees as you do those swings at the start your knees will be damaged in time. Very important to keep the knees in line with the feet and let the thighs do the twisting. Blessings

I enjoy your videos . they are sweet and effective. Sometimes it difficult for me to follow along when there is no voice over. I will be bending over and will have to keep looking up to see what the next move is or when the pose will change. I am not able to focus as well.

Hi Bridget, thank you for taking the time to write. I'm glad the exercises bring you relief and you feel the benefits. When doing any movement , avoid straining or forcing anything. Like they say, relax everything, force nothing. If you do feel mild discomfort limit your range of motion and make sure your posture is correct. Keep up with the good work and best wishes for 2021!
