omg! I did this exercise without 100% believing it will work..tbh. But after a few weeks im starting to see the result. My waist have never been this small. So here's my answers > Yes during this time, I was on a diet... I cut out most of sugars and did intermitten fasting > I don't remember since it was more than a year ago...but I remember it did not take very long... > I did it once a day Good luck guys....it differs in every person because of factors like diets and body type. BUt if you are determined enough, you will get there...believe me...I am that type of person who has trouble loosing fats around the waist area.

for some reason i felt the burn a lot more in my legs for the first half of the workout than my abs so I thought I was doing something very wrong (which, granted, I probably was anyway since i did this for the first time without a mirror in front of me) but the moment I finished those high knees the burn suddenly came in lol. love this!

So since it's been a week, here's my review Day 1- i did this 2 times, first in the morning and in the night. (I'm kinda use of this things so..) (i kinda eat a lot so i did two) ofc there's no difference yet but i felt so good Day 2- i feel normal since I'm use to exercising but there's no changes yet (did twice of this again) Day 3- idk if it's just my imagination but i felt like my waist is kinda smaller than before (i did 3 sets of this this day ) Day 4- i already have a flat stomach! I didn't really ate dinner the night before day 4 and skipped breakfast too Day 5- (i just did one of this bcs there's visitors in the house) the results is same as day 4 Day 6- i have lines and all but that's just it (did twice) Day 7- i did 1 and rest for the rest of the day I'm so thankful and recommend for y'all to try this at home!! I'm still using this exercise and try to update if i have achieved my dream body goal!

it depends on the person doing the exercise. different people will lose different amounts of calories. if you are heavier, you lose more.

THANK YOU EMI!! I've been doing this exercise 6 days a week for a month and I was able to fit into some old shorts i love and I thought i was going to have to throw out! It's super hard for me to do abs work on the floor, my back hurts too much, doing this is the perfect alternative! No abs to speak of yet but the shorts don't lie, I'll keep going till I get them!

Start weight: 75kg Day 1: I did this yesterday with another one of her exercises and i felt tired afterward but this was great. Day 2: When i woke up my side was hurting and so were my legs. I tried to do only this again today and my legs weren’t having it. I ended up doing it up to the toe touch and gave up afterwards. Hopefully my body gets used to this and i can do it fully tomorrow. Day 3: I managed to do the full exercise without any problem. I woke up today feeling fine so that’s great. I haven’t noticed any changes yet but it’s early days! i’m gonna start eating more healthy so i can get faster results so diet time! Day 4: I did it very earlier than usually. I felt my heart racing and i felt so pumped up. It’s getting easier to do. When i stretch at the end i’ve noticed i don’t wake up with pain anymore but i do feel the burn in my legs and lower stomach afterwards but it goes away after a few minutes/hours. After the 7 days are up i’m gonna try a different one of her exercises. I decided to do her fat burning workout instead, as this one doesn’t seem to be doing much and the other one has seems to have more of a burn so yeah! i guess this exercise is good for people who are already slim but want to define their waist.

I go to the gym 3-5 times a week and doing this before any workout (and of course eating well) has given me results in a week! I do this one and the slim thighs workout. I started both 2 days ago. I will update after a week. Initially it was dh same for me too but when u do it if u jus focus on engaging your core and focus on how raising dh leg will impact your obliques the brain will automatically make u feel dh burn more on ur belly. Trust me that's what happ to me

Remember to punch on your abs to feel your abs. And tuck in your abs in order to engage them.

I am doing the 15 day challenge its really effective i gave up twice with a visible difference and now whn i think back on how many days i wasted without doing any sort off workout it rlly brings me down but this is just a quick reminder do the workout continuesly without giving up it will make u feel much better in a few months rather than thinking back on how much of a difference u could have accomplished. ㅡDont give up stay strong the result is worth it!

So i tried it since weekends, i do it every morning and evening before i to go to bed. And after 3 days, i noticed my waist is getting smaller which i'm happy about the results. IT'S WORKING GUYS!!

Dear Emy, I just wanted to say thank you for making these video’s. I’m a teenager and I’m not fit at all and I am a also naturally a bit heavier than my friends. This year I really wanted to get in shape and also lose a little bit of weight. Your video’s have helped me lose weight in a healthy way and not by barely eating or something like that. after doing a inner thigh video, I've seen results a bit! I've done it for two weeks (even gym) and I thought to myself "hmm...I should try abs next! Everyday is always leg day." Well not gonna lie, this video made me go slow since it's my first day. I thought I would never make it but it went by fast! I'm so tired I'm out of breath right now, but hey! I'm gonna keep on trying. Hard work is going to pay off. 😉

Amna Samar, I cut off carbs in my diet and started only eating veggies and meat, and then I’d always do a one or two of Emi Wong’s workout videos before work. Usually the fat burning ones. Hope this helps

It’s been 2 weeks since I started this and I’ve been doing it pretty diligently...I don’t really see a change. I definitely FEEL different maybe because of the pain lol but I don’t see any physical difference. I don’t eat unhealthy or anything either so...will I stay fat forever
