hi emi, i just wanna say that ive lost 7kgs within the past six weeks thanks to you. (from 62kg to 55kg) thank you so much for becoming one of the reasons i got motivated to lose weight and become healthier ✨ to those considering whether or not you should do emi’s workouts, trust me you really should! i never enjoyed exercising and i preferred starving diet but when i came across this channel i started to love it! and losing weight in a healthy way will make you feel so good and confident. my goal is 49kg and i really wanna have an 11 abs line. lets do this guys, goodluck! ❤️

Ladsi Shan I did full body workout HIIT (30 mins), slim legs and thighs workout (20 mins), lower abs workout in bed (10 mins), burn 360 calories HIIT (20 mins) and sometimes the slim arm workout. I started out with only the first workout I mentioned but I slowly add more and more so that I workout for 1.5hours in a day!

guys if you need some motivation to push through the exercises, just imagine someone is recording you and you don’t wanna stuff up. i pretend i’m at my gym class at school and the teacher is recording the class exercising for an advertisement for the school or something haha it’s actually really helpful

I was diligently following another one of Emi's workout videos - Slim Legs in 20 Days, No Jumping for about 2 weeks and am trying this routine for the first time today. The burn was killer and I had to stop a couple of times to catch my breath. But after all that, my thigh circumference went from ~54cm to ~50cm. This workout is definitely more intense (and surprisingly I love it!) and gives me a bigger sense of achievement after I complete it. Hopefully after a week or two I'll remember to come back here and update my progress! As of 11 June 2020: ~53kg with a ~50cm thigh circumference To anyone else reading this, let's do it! As Emi says, no pain no gain, work for those slim legs!!

Hey everyone I just wanted to say I've been doing this workout and many of her other workouts for a couple months now and I'm literally so happy and grateful for Emi and my results. I've lost around 16 pounds and I'm still pushing to reach my goals. Yall dont know how much times I've given up and cried because I hated how I looked🥺. happens for the first day but then wen u recover ur legs, do it again it wuld be better. after that keep doing it, it wouldnt make the muscles sore :)

Started this workout today and gonna do this for two weeks Start : Right thigh : 52cm Left thigh : 52cm Day 1 : ✓ Day 2 : ✓ Day 3 : ( i didn't do this cuz I'm sick) Day 4 : ✓ Day 5 : ✓ Day 6 : ✓ Day 7 : ✓ Day 8 : ✓ Day 9 : Day 10 : Day 11 : Day 12 : Day 13 : Day 14 : Since i was too busy, so I'll just stop this until 8 days and here's my result. Right thigh : 50cm Left thigh : 50cm I didn't did diet but i did this twice if i can. Fighting for everyone who want to do this 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Doing this along with an arm and leg workout in the morning + sometimes will go to the gym as well Doing it for 10 days first to see if it works Note: I am doing OMAD, eating a good and nutritious breakfast (Make eggs but in a slightly different way, have some toast and just a juice or smoothie) Also I did start this workout like 2 days ago thats why its mentioned + only doing all these workouts once Let me know if you want the specifics for what I used in my smoothies and eggs + if you want the workouts I used. 2 were standing and the arms one was sitting. All from Emi Wong hehe Day 1: ✅(Did the 3 workouts + a walking workout at home because I couldn't go to the gym today) Day 2: ✅Same as day 2 Day 3: ✅Did the 3 workouts + treadmill and bicycle thing in the gym, I can already see slight changes in my body! It is definitely not an inch, maybe a bit less than 1 cm? But that is great for 3 days! Day 4: ✅ Day 5: ✅ Day 6: ✅ Day 7: ✅ Day 8: Yet to be done Day 9: Yet to be done Day 10: Yet to be done Results: Keep reminding me to post! I am continuing but may forget to update

hey guyss !!!!!! i saw results i did this workout for almost 1 month my weight before was 54.8 kg and thigh were 23inches but now my weight is 50.9 kg and thigh are 21 inches m really happy i just ate healthy food and i even did dancing after workout. In morning i did bicycle riding tooo FOR MY SCHOOL LOL.....and in 4th week i started walking at night tooo..... best of luck for u guysss !!!!!!!!!!!gonna stop this and go for another workout of emi wong !!! AND A BIG THANK YOUU EMII U R JUST BEST THE ONLY WORKOUT I TRUST IS URS THANKK UU !!!!!!!!!

Same, but thats why u need to use ur core. And dont worry, I am also a beginner but just in the past 3 days, my balance has improved by working my core more and doing the exercises again and again. U can try but if u fail, dont get too dissapointed. In a while, u will be able to do it

I just started this workout and I've decided to update you guys everyday. One thing that I'm starting to like about this is that I sweat a lot. Thigh measurements Right: 49.5 Left: 50.5 Day 1: My thighs were burning during the workout and my legs were wobbly and sore after it. Day 2: My legs were still sore when I did the workout and the squats burned A LOT.

yeah my legs (calves and thighs) were very sore as well for the first three days .... almost unbearable. but it gets better on the third day. the more physically active u become the lesser the chances of developing cramps and sore thighs

Just wanna say that my thighs are really big and it’s has been one of my biggest insecurities.. I’ve tried doing this workout and I felt the burn, but the problem was I couldn’t stop panting so I had to take a break, But next time I won’t! Ive managed to do this workout for 8:54 mins 💪

Hello there! I'd like to thank you so much for this workout video, my coworkers and I do it at work on our 10 minute break! I wish you could make more of these standing only workouts since we dont want to get on the dirty floor at work lol. We play different workout videos every day but this is the one we like the best because at the end of the 10 minutes we're covered in sweat.

i love this workout. simple, it’s effective and everytime i’m doing this workout i sweat a lot. i didn’t do any measurement, but i noticed my thighs is more toned.

This workout is awesome 💪..I have been doing this workout for a lot of days now..( I don't count days. I just follow it untill it gets used up)- afyer taking some break days in between. But this workout gave me a small thigh gap and my thigh slimmed down in a very good way. My jeans is now fitting me perfectly..and it is really fun to do this too..🤩..( walk or jog during the rest time for intense burn)

I work from home right now, grown man I just sleep, sit at desk, eat, repeat. I've been looking for workouts where I don't jump (because neighbors downstairs) and don't shuffle feet and don't need to get on the ground, this is fantastic! Maybe you can do more like this. My problem was always finding such a workout that involved the legs, this is fantastic! And your encouragement also stops me from quitting!

Hi! I'm trying to have smaller waist, ab and slim legs! Day 1: Did the 30 min full body HIIT and 15 min full intense HIIT Day 2: Did the 15min full intense HIIT, lower ab workout for belly fat burn, 10 min slim leg + burn thight fat and 30 min full body fat burn HIIT (THIS WAS REALLY HARD BUT I HAD A LOT OF FUN!)
