I NEVER EXPECTED THAT ADDING VERBAL CUES WOULD BE SO EFFECTIVE!! I WATCHED OTHER INSTRUCTORS VOICE OVER THEIR VIDEOS BUT I LOVE YOURS THE MOST😻😻your voice is so calming and relaxing💗

I've been keeping track of how many days I've been doing pilates, today is day 90 ❤ I had a couple off days here and there but am so proud of how consistent I've been and I'm already seeing results and feeling so much better emotionally and physically 🙌 thank you Madeline you helped turn my whole year around.

I’m definitely going to do more voiceovers!! A healthy balance of both for everyone’s preferences:-) a one week plan with voiceovers would be a great idea!!

I have been following your 1 month, 2 week, and 1 week pilates plan until the end and sometimes it feels like we are friends. I love how you look at the camera like you are asking me if I am okay lol I would love to have another one month plan pls. Your videos are so relaxing, no noise, and easier to do. I will never regret starting your workouts, I haven't stayed this consistent in months. Although I haven't changed anything diet wise, the difference in my body and mental strength is something else

Hey Maddie, I really loveee your workouts. They’re so fun and challenging. I’ve been working out for like a month plus now because of you. I’ve never been so consistent with exercise. I wanted to know though, is back pain normal during the exercise and if it isn’t, is there any way to stop it? Maybe I’m not doing the exercises correctly?

it happens a lot to beginners! basically it's caused because you don't use your abs enough so your back takes over the pressure. Try to really engage your stomach muscles, take pauses when your abs burn to much.
