I just love this type of floor workout with side lying series. Quick, easy, yet effective! 💖 I am thinking about getting these ankle weights, my regular choice of dumbbells is 3kg, what ankle weights would you recommend to start with?

Hey Lisa 👋 3kg dumbbells is great! As for the ankle weights my Move Active ankle weights are 0.5kg which I like best. You could start there and then when it’s time you could invest in the 1kg. I find the 0.5kg best for an all over body flow. If you were suggesting you’d get the MoveActive brand like mine above I have a discount code if that helps. Popped in this little intense workout just before bed with ankle weights this time which made the exercises a lot harder - couldn’t lower my straight legs that far! Also did a leg workout this morning with a Beenax strong (heavy blue one) resistant band tied to the bed leg working each leg in 4 directions for 10 reps each of the 4 moves - it’s very effective, legs feeling pretty strong now doing all your wonderful workouts Jacinta- 🙏💪🥰

That was a sweet little inner thigh workout - very enjoyable😊 I put my top knee on a low yoga block when doing the leg circles on my side. No ankle weights as hips a bit painful at times.
