For women minimum calorie intake must not be less than 1200. The metabolism is going to be ruined up resulting in failure of the diet plan to be followed along with daily binges... I suggest that for sound weight loss strategy for women and for preventing the metabolism not being slowed down the minimum calorie intake must be approximately from 1500 to 1700 calories

U really want weight loss plz morning breakfast any veggies juice means carrot, beetroot, or sprouts and lunch 2 pulkas leaf vegitable curry and any type of veggies, evening green tea or lemon water and below 7 o clock completedinner with take low calorie fruits .....if u want any hungry soaked drifruits u take very less than 5.. And do excersice. ...im maintaining this I'm loss 6 kg in a 15 days... And use no sugar ,less oil, less salt, less chilli,...

Complex carbohydrates are much better than simple carbs bcz they give us more energy and burn fr a longer time , I would advise u to have baked sweet potato (a complex carb source ) should be included in ur lunch , thobdont hav boiled aloo for lunch , it promotes healthy fat gain.🤗 Hope u found this helpful.

Thats not true almond milk is not healthier than normal milk. It just has more fibre and nutrients that doesnt mean its healthier. Its a substitute for people who are lactose intolerant or are vegan

1. Breakfast is too heavy as u said it is of 300 calories rather than we can have stuffed paratha or poha ( 180 cal. )or upma . 2. chana is too heavy and can't be eat in night. Better if we all can plan diet according to our own body. And keep calories record. U can get calories on Google in 1 sec. And u can decide whether to eat or not. Because I have done the same I eat everything which is cooked at home , but in moderation. And don't exceed 1000 calories. That's it. I hope this ll help All d best.

What a misguiding information on ur breakfast u have nearly about 650caloroes In ur lunch ur calories approx: 550calories Dinner 500 calories ( ghee is 135calories alone so how you make whole meal(dinner) in 200calories) Pls dont do sunch non sense thing if u dont have any knowledge Ur total calories is about 1750calories and ur saying 1100 woww

Breakfast she might have a specific type of almond milk and peanut butter that isn't so high in calories. Ghee for 1 TABLEspoon is about 135cals, but she did say a teaspoon. In the end she did say she's having 1 cup of the chickpea dish, not the whole thing she made. Just need to look out for specifics and such.

I have left oil/ghee/butter and sugar completely for my diet plan... I'm eating rice, veg soup, boiled fish /chicken /egg or complete veg sometimes as lunch & I'm taking roti and veg soup as dinner... My breakfast is sometime puffed rice, sometime roti and tea or poha often... I take fruits after lunch or break fast.... My weight is nearly 73-75 kg, age - 20, height 5 ft 5/6 inch... How much time is needed to be slim?? Plzzz reply plzzz 🙏🙏🙏🙏

If u want best shake Shake - Milk 250-400ml - white Oats 30-50gram - cinnamon powder {thoda sa-chutki sa} - nuts - water {if u don't want thick shake} - banana one or half - chiku one or half - honey {for taste}

You have the wrong information about the complex carbs. Like white rice, refined sugar, etc are simple carbs. And you need to eat less of simple carbs. Complex carbs include oats, fruits, or anything that takes longer to digest in your digestive system and keeps you full longer. Should be more complex carbs, because it keeps full and less chance of snacking and choosing junk foods.

Daal isn't a complete protein by the way. Rice in combination with daal is a complete protein, or add meat or eggs to the daal.

Rice is not healthy. I eat quinoa.. One cup of cooked quinoa has about 40 fewer calories than the same amount of white rice.

It’s not healthy consuming 1100 calories. I used to eat like that but when u start eating normally u gain the weight u lost very quickly. Eat around 1500 calories a day but u should check a calories calculator first. Make sure exercise and drink water.

Madam nahi pata to kuch v nahi bolna chahiye how your breakfast is 350 calories if 100 gm of oats contain 389 calories + one banana contain 100 calories + 100 gm of milk contain 146 calories.+ 30 gm of protein powder contain 146 calories.. Total-781 don't make fool to public if you don't know anything...

You can have almond or soy milk, or can even prepare the smoothie by adding coconut water instead of milk. Do not intake any type of store bought juices which are readily available in the market. Ghar par bni hui koi v fruit juice le sakte hai 😊

Kabi b zada low diet plan se wight loss karen yeh unhealthy wight loss ho ga bohat jalid gain ho jata ha bus jitni calories le rahy ho us se kam ker do wight loss ho ga monthly 2 kg se 3 kg wight loss healthy ha yeh itni jaild gain nai ho ga (one idea for wight loss)
