Team replay: feel more stable mentally. Closed my eyes at times, and followed your voice, feeling the movement. (Will try to do more of.)

Dr. Potts! Some positive feed back to boost your alogrithm exposure. My wife and I did 100 consecutive days of Tai Chi recently, most of which were along to your videos. We don't do Tai Chi everyday anymore, but we do a few days a week. It was at times fun, relaxing, meditative, and even emotional experience. It especially helps me recover from tough Jiu Jitsu training. To anyone hesitating to click that link and follow along, I cannot encourage you enough to try tai chi!
