Dr. Potts! Some positive feed back to boost your alogrithm exposure. My wife and I did 100 consecutive days of Tai Chi recently, most of which were along to your videos. We don't do Tai Chi everyday anymore, but we do a few days a week. It was at times fun, relaxing, meditative, and even emotional experience. It especially helps me recover from tough Jiu Jitsu training. To anyone hesitating to click that link and follow along, I cannot encourage you enough to try tai chi!
