Love your 10 and 15 minute work outs! I'm able to squeeze them in 5 mornings/ week. I really like that you thoughtfully narrate and guide throughout.

Love the Core Strength workout!! My right shoulder feels a little funny during the side plank rotation, so I reduce the range of motion. This is super tough, absolutely love it!!

Yes it was a tough one even with some modifications! 2 classes done for my last week of the 8 week challenge - been very motivating and mostly enjoyable 😊👍💪

Oh yeah feel that burn. That last plank was a tough one. Was able to do the full sit-up for the first su move but that last one had me struggling. But I see my sit-ups improving!!

I usually avoid core workouts (I know I know...core workouts are key because you use your core in everything), but as part of the Winter Workout Challenge core is necessary, and I can really feel my core getting stronger! Thank you, Mik for providing me with a workout plan that works every part, including the ones I don't like, and making me feel good about it!

loved the core workout and all I had was about 15 minutes to get some type of workout in and you nailed it. would love to see some band workouts.

Loved this workout! It definatly crushed my core!! I can really notice the difference in my core strength since starting your workouts! Very motivating when I'm not having to break in that 45 sec like I needed to before 💪
