I'm a beginner and I really appreciate that these are doable for me with weights! I only watch on my phone and I honestly prefer all standing or all ground in one video, so I don't have to reorganise, get weights and Phone up and down in 15 seconds.

Good workout! I love the 10-20 minute options. Then I can do more than 1 activity and it keeps me from getting bored. I also have a senior dog that gets a 10-15 minute daily walk so I love to walk him and come back and do a video!!

This was challenging for me as a beginner (I used 8 pound weights and 5 pound weights for two of the moves), but very fun! Would love to see a new arm workout that incorporated a few barre arms moves like you have down in some of your older videos! Thanks for another great workout!

I’ve been doing your workouts for the past 1 1/2 year and love them! ❤ I usually do a 10 or 15-minute workout with weights followed by a 30-minute cardio on the treadmill. I would love to see a 15-minute standing abs workout (I get “light headed” doing them on the floor).
