Get ready for some box jumps and burpees on this one!
15 MIN EMOM:
Complete 8 box jumps 24/20
Followed by as many burpees to 6' target in remaining time
You'll repeat this for 15 min. I held 10's then 9's then my last round was 10. Got tough!!!

I came across your name when you worked out and trained bjj with Nicky rod on flo. Most bjj champions I met trained crossfit to prepare for the highest level of athleticism. I'm sure that your workouts will help me improve in strength and my work capacity. Keep up the hard work 🤙
