Easier said than done tbh, most people think they can fix insecurities by saying "Don't be insecure". I used to be very insecure but Chloe has helped me love myself and appreciate what I can do + the workout is enjoyable and fun. The results are now just a side benefit to my mental health. Just knowing I can finish a 10-25 minute HIIT almost every day makes me feel great!

As an amateur that avoids cardio (kidding), but loves dumbbells workout, this is by far, my favorite routine ever! It's wonderful to feed the full effort after the routine, but not the tiring mood, you know, when you end smashed. I'm really thinking about taking this as a daily starter. Loved it!

Hi! What weights did you use? Is this lesson for men as well? I am a man and started this but it was brutal! I used 1 lb weights but didn't even last 7 minutes in the lesson as my arms just gave up.😟 i am really amazed at how strong and muscular the women are here!

Love the full body workout! Your workouts are easy when I’m in a pinch for time !! ❤️❤️❤️! But shouldn’t you be focusing on just shoulders rather than squats with it? The more you have tension the more muscle you build. This way you are giving your should caps a rest when you’re squatting. Just my opinion though!

The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me kzbin.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.

In october i started doinig your workouts every single day, made a playlist with my faves & then i chose one every day (or 2😏) I really felt getting stronger and started to see changes. But then i got the corona virus :( It has been a horrible week, but today i finally felt better & tomorrow i am allowed to go outside again after 12 long days🙂!!! Corona really made me so week. Lost a lot of weight and my energy level is so low (i slept the whole time ,even sitting in my bed was to much for me). I am so proud to say that i just finished a quick 10 min full body workout from you, i can't wait to become my old self & even stronger🔥

thank you so much! i love working with weights since it helps my balance and form. quarentine and no gym classes mean i have to take initiative to workout from home (which is small and full of distractions) so i LOVE the short all over workouts, i can at least force my brain to pay attention for 15 minutes :P your stuff is so awesome esp now, thank you!

I loved this workout! I wasn't able to do the plank workouts as I am only a beginner but I broke a real sweat and I NEVER SWEAT! It was so good. I will do this everyday and see if I lose any weight: Saturday 3rd June 2023 - 87.6KG Sunday 4th June 2023 - 86.9KG
