i love emi's workout because she has videos for each of people's needs (apartment friendly, beginner friendly, etc.) her workouts are easy yet very effective! she's also calm and doesn't scream at you which can make some people nervous & not want to finish the workout. i was doing her workouts for a little bit but then i fell off track for a couple months so i am trying to get back on track & stay on track with it now!

Emi’s leg stretches are always the best!!! So many fitness influencers just do quick 5 min stretches but that’s not enough in my opinion

I started as 62 inches good luck ✨✨✨ Day 1: ✅ my legs were sore Day 2: ✅ the exercises were easier to do Day 3:✅ I felt really good Day 4:✅ felt the same Day 5:✅ my legs felt taller Day 6:✅ I felt the same Day 7: ✅ I didn’t feel a difference Day 8:✅ i felt taller Day 9: ✅ I felt good Day 10: ✅ it was okay I’m only gonna do it for 10 days once their all done I’ll come back for the results Results: so this one is good and helpful but I found a better one so I will be doing that one if you go on the video you can see my comment but this one was mid it could be better.

Amazing stuff! All your vids are so well done and very helpful. I was wondering if you could answer a question for me. Have you ever used any of these custom meal plan tools? I got one from Next Level Diet to help me add some muscle and I actually like their plans. Was just wondering if you've heard of or tried any of them yourself. Thank you!

UPDATING EVERYDAY!! day 1: did this after shyrlin kim's 20 min hiit workout and I felt soo relaxed! day 2: ✅️ day 3: ✅️ day 4: did this in the morning!! day 5: did this after a 40 minute walk! (i really love the pigeon stretch)

Okayy so I'm gonna try this for a week and I'll continue till i reach my goal. I'll suggest that only doing streches won't make your legs slim try to do walking atleast for an hour everyday. Walking burns more calories. do jumps yoga and stuff. All the best everyone💕✨🕊️ thigh count -57 cm Calf count - 37 cm Goal 🥅 Thigh - 45 Calf - 25 Day 1 👍🏻 Day 2👍🏻 Day 3👍🏻 Day 4👍🏻 Day 5 Day 6 Day 7 Day 8 Day 9 Day 10 So sorry for not updating but i couldn't workout daily coz of busy schedules but I'll try to maintain consistency.

My legs are so sore after workout yesterday, i barely can walk and bend my body.. This stretch exercise really help 😭😭😭 Thank you Emi!!!!❤️❤️ Now i can move a bit better and feel less pain

If your legs are sore that’s great! That just means it’s working. Try eating protein foods. If your legs are sore that means your muscles are tearing and you have to fill it up with the foods you eat. Eating protein will help you build muscle.
