I'm going to be trying this for 2 weeks: Day 1: Definitely felt the stretch, but it felt good! Day 2: Felt the stretch LOL (way more than yesterday) so far so good My legs feel more flexible already! 😍 Day 3: I added 2 more workouts with this.. but still did it today! Like to remind me to come back 😭

I've been doing this workout since the last 2 weeks, can't say much about my height but my legs look and feel slimmer and flexible than before. Initially, doing these poses made me cry but now I've become addicted to them and cant stop doing these. I'll definitely comeback after 2 more weeks or so to give updates but if you, yes YOU are reading this and doing the workout then keep going my love i can 100% assure you that your body will thank you later and you'll feel much much MUCH BETTER.(speaking from personal experience) Always keep in mind that it will take time to see the results but in the future when you'll look back at your beginning, you'll appreciate it and YOURSELF❤ Edit: Im back! Its been a month and here's the result.... Initially, my height was around 148.7cm and now its 150! And yes, its only a month so you cant expect much of a drastic change byt im so happy that i made this far! Will keep on continuing these exercises and update y'all a month later!!

Hello everyone! I think everyone came to see in the comments whether it works or not. I'll say YES. I started doing this exercise on March 24, I’ll say right away that I missed 2-3 days of exercise, but on April 1 I saw results. I was 157 cm, and now I’m already 158! I am so glad! I was 163cm, it really helped me to increase my height now I'm 169 in only 20 days I'll do it for months again to hit the 175, I think it worked on me easily because I'm teenager

@@Prplelv7 it is anatomically not possible to get longer legs through exercise. Slimmer legs only look longer than thicker ones.

I've been doing this for around 2 weeks now and it is by far one of my favourite stretches. Keep the physical advantages aside, I really enjoy the music and how she keeps our spirits high. I feel so blissful after doing this!

Starting date: 30/8 Ending date: 20/9 Height: 156.5 cm Right thigh: 50 cm Left thigh: 50 cm Right calf: 31 cm Left calf: 31 cm Day 1: ✔️ (I did it twice today) Day 2: ✔️ Day 3: ✔️ Day 4: ✖️ (My leg was paining so badly today) Day 5: ✔️ (I was procrastinating so much but i still did it I'm proud 💅) Day 6: ✖️ (I regret not doing it so much but my exams are coming soon what do I do 😭) Day 7: ✔️ Result: Basically I didn't see a difference in my height (I didn't do it for many days anyways) but my thighs have gotten so much slimmer I highly recommend this stretch! Since my exams are starting I won't be doing this for a while, once exams end I will make a new comment with a new start. Wish me luck!

Thank you very much emi! I finally graduated from a month of doing this and my legs and thighs,was not the same anymore before i started this, the change is very noticeable,i became flexible, i even know how to spit now, at the same time i didn't waste my time to measure it at first cause i believed and trust that there will always be a change when it comes to your stretching and workouts , the reason i stop doing it cuz our school will starting soon and i need to be prepared.Thank you thank you very much! I'm 41, and I went from 5'1" to 5'3.5" to 5'5" this year by doing stretching using Shiydf and making sure I sleep more than 7 hours a day. I hope it continues.

I cry everytime i exercise because i always thought of myself fat and never to achieve my goals and wondering on ending my life...but everything changed..well not everything, when i confronted my mom and dad about my thoughts they supported me and made my confidence boost a little bit but till now i still think about those stuff exept for ending my life tho.....but i still cry and stuff.....i wish ill achieve my goal and pleaseeee be positive and always stay positive!

Please remember to keep your back straight. DO NOT round your back. It might make the stretches easier but less effective. I know it hurts but you can do it! And when you will succeed, you will thank yourself for not giving up. It is worth it!

we do all of these for dance and it really does elongate and slim your legs, we usually do them to prepare for splits but my dance instructor also said this is how many ballerinas maintain slim elegant legs!

Yea I noticed that too, i went to ballet but cause of COVID I stopped, but my legs were thin back then, but I was 12 and I looked a bit wonky cause my body was growing, but I hope I can get taller

I've tried loads of workouts but none of them have been as effective as yours Emi! You've been a blessing. You inspire to do better everytime. I’m trying this, my height now is around 162.56 cm. Start: 162.56cm Day 1: I’m already kind of flexible, I can do my splits, middle splits and almost can do my needle, so it wasn’t as hard, but it felt so nice! Day 2: I had to re-do the challenge since I got my period, but I'm doing gooooooood Sorry people, I forgot to keep updating, I will do it “again” from day 3+ I’M SORRY Day 3: I did it Day 4: I did it Day 5: I did it Day 6: Read day 5 Day 7: I did it again Day 8: I am slowly getting better at my middle splits, I know my front splits since I only practiced those most of the time, but now I'm very very happy I'm progressing at middle splits Day 9: in progress people, I've been in vacation for 3 days, counting today because some of my family got to my house Btw, Sorry I don't have anything to measure myself now, but it definitely helped me be more flexible

right thigh: 51cm left thigh: 50cm right calve: 32cm left calve: 30cm I’m gonna do this twice a day day 1: ✔️ day 2: ✔️ I was dancing and I noticed that I have more of a thigh gap now :D day 3: ✔️ I did this three times today because I was bored day 4: ✔️ day 5: ✔️ day 6: ✔️ day 7: ✔️ results: I didn’t have any slimming to my legs, but I grew half an inch since I started. It was a really easy stretch for me since I dance so I’m gonna stop doing this stretch and do slim leg exercises now!

Hey everyone! I just started doing this 15min stretch. As I do this daily, I will update you on how it goes. I am aiming to get longer and slimmer legs so that I can increase my height, I just hope my growth plate haven’t closed but I’ll have to wait and see. I am a 16 yr old female & I have grown about 1cm before this stretch. I'm gonna start from today 1 : 👍 2:👍 3:👍 4:👍 5:👍 6:👍 7:👍 8:👍 9:👍 10:👍 11:👍 12:👍 13:👍 14:👍 15:👍 16:👍 17:👍 18:👍 19:👍 20:👍 21:👍 So far it has gone good It's is an amazing stretch but You won't be able to see visible changes in the first few days I didn't get visible changes Maybe because I'm flexible But the stretch can make your legs look slimmer if u do only this stretch U need other workouts if u really wanna loose inches Good for lazy days And it didn't pain for me at all 😅

Hello guys I have been doing this exercise for a month now 31days I wanted to say this exercise is really effective! My thigh before exercise 49cm After : 46cm My calf before exercise 33cm After : 32cm My height before exercise 168cm After : 170cm I did not do any extreme diet i even eat some junk food sometimes so I would like to recommend you guys to have a normal diet plan with enough nutrients ❤ I believe in you guys and hope yall achieve all your goals.🫶

I’m doing these stretches for a couple of reason 1. To relax my bones which makes no sense but to make them hurt less if you understand 2. To grow tall I’m pretty short 3. To get my thighs a tad thinner but I don’t mind if I don’t ahah I’ll update Hey guys I haven’t done this in 2 days but I have seen results

I have been doing these stretches since last week (I did it for 3 days) and this week I did it for three days too and let me tell you I haven't grown a single centimetre since 2020 and I was in depression but then I decided to workout this year and after doing these stretches for only 6 days I grew 2 cm!!!!! (I was 153 cm and now I'm 155 cm) I LEGIT CANT FREAKING BELIEVE IT MY HEIGHT WAS SUCH A BIG INSECURITY FOR ME 😭😭 I LOVE YOU SO MUCH EMI ❤️❤️❤️ I'll measure myself after 2 weeks and let y'all know if I grow more or if my thighs get slimmer 22/08/2022- Height: 155cm Upper Right thigh:52 cm Upper left thigh: 53 cm Right calf: 35 cm Left calf: 35 cm Day 4: ✅ Day 5: ✅️ ( I did emi's slim thighs workout with this my legs were literally dying) Day 6: ✔️ Day 7: ✔️ Day 8: ✔️ Day 9: ✔️ after 9days I had that time of the month so couldn't do it :/ Edit: I have been feeling like shit mentally and its really hard to wake up in morning as I have to catch my bus for school at 6am I have been feeling really demotivated and I just couldn't bring it upon myself to continue this stretching routine and I have been constantly binge eating a lot of sugar oily and unhealthy food(which i was trying to avoid). School has been really tough and it's really stressing me out mentally I am really sorry guys but I won't be able to continue the stretches but I'll surely try to continue my exercise routine when my exams are over and I'll start eating healthy too and also look after my mental health too. I hope whoever is reading this is doing mentally and physically well and I just want to say that these stretches do work. I'll update when I'll start stretching again. 🌟 May 29th: 158cm - legs: 90cm - middle thighs: 44cm - innermost thighs: 52cm - calves: 32,5cm (please remind me to update cause i'm a lazy person 😂) 🌈 Day 1 (29/5) : i did it once at 8AM, it was really easy for me, just a little sore doing the "split stretch" exercise✅ - twice at 11PM, omg I do it in the evening so I feel really relaxed, and I also feel quite sore in my thighs, see me tomorrow, I'll go to bed now :) ✅ 🌈 Day 2 (30/5): once at 8AM, i woke up and i felt pain in my shoulders, legs, arms, this time when i exercised i felt more pain TT ✅ - 11PM : 💧 I'm on my period but I'm still exercising ✅ 🌈 Day 3 (31/5): 9AM I woke up really late today because I had a nightmare last night, but it's okay, let's continue to glow up in summer 2022✅ - 11PM: ❌ i'm busy 😭 🌈 Day 4 (1/6): I was very busy so I practiced once at 4PM✅ 🌈 Day 5 (2/6): twice at 9AM and 12AM :) I'm busy but I can't be lazy ✅✅ 🌈 Day 6 (3/6): Time goes by so fast, I've been starting for almost a week, tomorrow I'll let you guys know the results:> ✅ 🌈 Day 7 (4/6): i'll update the results tonight ✅, okay so the results here: 🌟 Jun 4th: still 158cm - legs: still 90cm - middle thighs: 43cm✨ - innermost thighs: 51cm✨ - calve L: 32cm✨ R: 31,7cm✨ • OMGGG, IT WORKED, I didn't do any diet, the results surprised me! Will be doing this workout to focus more on losing my calf fat :< Have started this workout on Nov 22 Left calf : 33.5cm / Right Calf : 35cm Day 1 : 👍🏻 Day 2 : 👍🏻 Day 3 : 👍🏻 (had an 11 hour shift today so my legs felt like jelly during the workout ) Day 4 :👍🏻 Day 5: 👍🏻 ( didn’t really have the mood to do it but no pain no gain )
