@@misuali_24187 All Emi's workout videos are effective, especially this workout. I just plan to do this workout when I'm on my period days to lessen my menstrual cramps. Right now I do her walking workout. It's my 8 days today and I can say that it is effective.

I remember first doing these on my period early June 2023, and I struggled with most, if not all exercises, mainly the ones that required good balance. What pushed me to start exercising is my goal to lose weight only. Here I am almost a year later 10kg+ down, and doing exercises primarily for my health and leisure. I now have better endurance and overall balance. Emi's videos were a kick starter for me to look after my health, and stay in shape mainly for myself, because I love myself and I want the best for myself.. Thank you Emi!

Its my 1st day of period. I was all in bed, no energy to do anything and my mood was off. period cramps and headache. Then i searched exercise during period and i saw this video and done all the exercise. Within few minutes i felt relaxed and my half pain already gone. Omg I'm feeling so calm now. Thank you emi❤
