This is a great standing arms and abs workout. I'm almost 60, and it's difficult for me to get down on the floor, so I'm all about the standing workouts. I used 5 pound weights, which was challenging but doable. Your cues and pace are perfect. Thanks so much for your time and effort in creating these videos!

I'm almost 60 and recently discovered your channel. Thanks to your calm demeanor and pace, this is the first time in a long time that I've actually enjoyed exercise. Standing workouts and compound movements are favorites. Menopause did a number on my body, so I'm hoping working out with your videos will jumpstart something... anything. A healthcare professional recently encouraged me to look into Tabata workouts. Perhaps you could add some to your repertoire? I haven't found anything close to your style. Thank you for all that you offer.

Thank you so much for all the great videos! I especially like the short standing ones like this video. If I have to get out a mat and get down on the floor, that's just one more impediment to doing anything. I love the way that you put a unique spin on most of the exercises. It keeps it from getting boring, and the workouts fly by. I can't believe that you don't already have millions of subscribers, but I'm sure that you'll get there!

Thank you. I love your workouts. You’ve demonstrated with your 15 and 20 min workouts that i can feel like i did a 30 min workout. And so, although i think i may not have the time to do a full body workout, it’s a lot easier to carve out that 15 min and feel the burn of a full body workout

I am really getting into fitbymik focused sessions. I appreciate reminders of posture, core and correct position. The only thing I would say is perhaps offer an optional stretch at the end for the muscles just worked. Other than that, I'm a fan!
